About

I’m a social worker by training, an entrepreneur by happenstance, and systems practitioner by fascination. I’ve been guiding individuals, teams and organizations through transformation for over fifteen years, and have worked across the public, private and non-profit sectors in both North America and Europe.

My work weaves between the personal and the systemic. I’m trained in a variety of clinical modalities, as well as org design, team coaching and organizational development methods. These are some of the approaches and influences I use in my work:

  • Human-Centred Design
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • the Liberating Structures
  • Restorative Justice
  • Adaptive Strategy
  • Systems Thinking and biomimicry
  • generative somatics
  • Family Systems Therapy

I’ve lived and worked across North America and Europe. These days, I am based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where I live with my partner and our two little ones.

“You never change something by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.” – Buckminster Fuller
